What to put in a liquor Cabinet?
This holidays I am creating a liquor cabinet. Naturally I dont want to be filling it with smirnof and jager...

I would like to know any suggested brand for the following types, and any other suggestions in general.

Brandy
Scotch
Whiskey
Gin

What other stuff should I put in there?

Cheers

Smirnoff & Jager.

Otherwise you are not a man.
Woman.
Hennessy the only drink that touches these lips
vodka, rum, stuff for eggnog and hot buttered rum is always nice for the holiday season. What kind of drinks do your friends mostly like. i would find out their favorites and go from there.
as far as scotch goes, i would suggest 18 year glenmorange. its a single malt. they have their original, and they have several others that have been aged in different types of wood casks for a different flavor (but i think those are 12 year).

if you are entertaining you probably want some crown reserve, tangeray, blue sapphire, and johnny walker just because they are popular
Brandy...Get a decent Cognac...Martell, Remy Martin
Scotch..Blended...Famous Grouse, Malt...Highland Park, Tamdhu, Islay Mist
Whiskey Bushmills Black Label
Gin..Bombay Sapphire

What else...anything you like..you will be drinking it!
Put some mixers in there like bitter lemon, lemonade, tonic water etc
rum _captain morgan tatoo goood stuff goes really good with wild cherry pepsi biccardi 151 malibu
whisky-jack daniels
brandy - E&J
absolute-vodka
get a bottle of hypnotiq too its great and it sneaks up on you
Depends whether you want to drink the stuff or not! Better quality drinks are v. expensive but look good in a cabinet!

Brandy: Courvoisier or Cherry Brandy

Scotch: a bottle of blended scotch such as Bell or Haig and a bottle of malt scotch such as Glenmorangie

Whiskey: Bushmill's Black Label Irish whiskey

Gin: Gordon's or Beefeater

Brandy: Martell.

How about some sherry such as Tio Pepe and/or liqueurs such as Benedictine?
