Opened Bottle of Grenadine in the liquor cabinet?
I'm just wondering whether Grenadine goes bad if it's left opened for a few months. The expiration date says it's good until, November 2011, but I'm still a little bit irky. The Grenadine has been opened already, and it's been sitting in the liquor cabinet since at least spring of last year. Is it still safe to drink, or should I get myself a new bottle?

Thanks for your answers:)

According to the information I was able to find...

If the consistency of the grenadine is normal then it is fine..if it has separated or crystallized you could attempt it but that's up to you.

I think it depends on how it looks if your gut says no then screw it throw it out.
It's fine, unless it has been through severe temperature extremes.

Even these would just lead to the separation/crystalisation the first answerer has commented on, and wouldn't cause any harm if you drank it.
